Information we process
We may request a name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the player’s year of birth, sporting goals, language and a declaration of adulthood or authority to act.
We do not request special-category data. Do not include medical information, identity documents or other sensitive information in the message.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to respond to enquiries, identify the most suitable programme and manage the necessary communications.
The legal basis is the consent given when submitting the form and steps taken at your request before entering into a service agreement. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Children’s data
The form must be submitted by someone aged 18 or over. If an enquiry includes a child’s data, the sender confirms that they are the child’s parent, legal guardian or otherwise authorised to act on their behalf.
Children must not submit enquiries directly, and their data must not be provided without sufficient authority.
Retention
Enquiry data will be retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless you request earlier deletion or a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Recipients and providers
The form uses Formspree, Inc. as a technical provider to receive enquiries and deliver them by email. Formspree processes information under its own privacy terms.
Using a provider outside the European Economic Area may involve international transfers subject to the applicable data-protection safeguards.
We do not sell or share personal information for commercial purposes.
